With the coronavirus keeping most of the world close at home, it’s really tough to stay indoors. It’s even more difficult when you look out the window and see all the birds perched in the open and flying without a care. That mood reminded me of the old R. Kelly song “I Believe I Can Fly,” originally released in 1996. It’s a powerful song, and here are the most inspirational lyrics from my point of view:

I believe I can fly
I believe I can touch the sky
I think about it every night and day
Spread my wings and fly away
